Thank you for your continued support and loyalty to MCS Handpiece. We want to inform you that we have encountered an unprecedented increase in the costs of repair parts, shortages of these parts, and shipping expenses, with our overall costs having tripled.
We are still dedicated to providing you with the best repairs and services possible at affordable prices. To support this commitment, we will be offering additional incentives related to these changes.
As a result of this rise in expenses, we will be implementing a price increase of approximately 10% across all our repairs and services, Effective January 1st 2025. We have also made a few internal changes to improve efficiency, which will help mitigate future increases.

We have worked hard to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. However, due to the current global situation, we can no longer maintain these rates. As a result, we have made the necessary adjustments to our shipping fees. This change will help us continue providing you with the highest quality repairs, along with our commitment to honesty and excellent customer service.
These changes will take Effect on April 1st 2025.

ICS Courier Fees:
Round Trip Using MCS’s Account: $60
1 Way Return Fee: $30
Canada Post: (BC, AB, SK)
Return Shipping Fee: $30
Canada Post: (MB, ON, QC, NB, NS)
Return Shipping Fee: $40

50% Off Shipping Fee On All Invoices $250 & Over. FREE Shipping On All Invoices $500 & Over.
